A Bit About Yoga Therapy

I love being a yoga therapist. It's an absolute privilege to hold space for individuals and share the practices, philosophies, and tools of yoga to support them in the shifts and changes they wish to make in their lives. Yoga therapy is such a special modality, for so many reasons (and I am biased!), but I especially value how it includes the body in healing the mind. We must include our bodies in our healing process, especially for eating disorder recovery.

Each virtual 1x1 yoga therapy session is customized to meet you where you are and includes centering exercises, discussion, gentle movement, breathing practices, yoga philosophies, and goal setting to foster healing. Yoga therapy is a wonderful complement to your work with a therapist, dietitian, and other care providers.
