Your Body Tells a Story: Writing for Insight & Connection

You're invited to Your Body Tells a Story, a virtual 2-hour creative circle that centers your body's truth. Come sit and get quiet in community to listen for the stories only you know. This is an invitation for your inner storyteller to draw from personal experience and create a new narrative about how you relate to your body.

Yoga for Eating Disorders teacher and Brave Writing Workshops Founder Babette Dunkelgrun blends her own recovery journey with her years as an instructor of writing and mindful movement to offer you a safe space for exploration. You will have the option to tell your story or share with the group, and meet others on the healing path.

You'll come away feeling inspired to view your body in the powerful way that only happens when we strip away the external noise.

All are welcome. This event will take place on Zoom, and you will be sent a link in advance to join. Honoring collective anonymity, there will be no recordings, though you will receive a mindfulness worksheet and three weekly journaling prompts.

Tuition: $35

Payment plans are available. Please contact me to set up payment.
