Creating Momentum in Eating Disorder Recovery

  • Center for Remembering & Sharing 123 4th Ave #2 New York, NY 10003 (map)

Eating disorder recovery can often feel counterintuitive, scary, and outright hard. The challenges are real, but not impossible, especially when we can get some momentum behind us. So, how do we build momentum for making consistent and continuous choices that support our self-care and healing in eating disorder recovery?

Through honest sharing with others in eating disorder recovery and a yoga practice focused on flowing, rhythmic movements, we will explore what we need to feel safe to keep moving forward in recovery, identify what nourishes forward momentum, and how to build endurance for making choices that support continued healing.

This workshop is appropriate for all phases of the recovery journey, and Yoga experience is not required. Space is limited.

Investment: Register by September 27, $75; afterward $100 (*ask about insurance reimbursement for out of network)
