Join us for a gentle yoga series Sunday evenings led by Yoga for Eating Disorders teacher Heather McCornack and discover new ways to slow down and support your recovery each class.
This 6-week virtual series is an invitation to delve into a yoga experience designed to cultivate self-care and kindness. Heather will guide you through a gentle series of poses, movements, and breathing exercises that prioritize compassion and mindfulness. This class offers a space to explore a connection with your body, listen to your own needs, and simply be present in the moment as you continue in your recovery journey.
This class series will meet on Zoom on Sundays October 15 through November 19 from 7 PM to 8 PM EST. Join the live class or follow along with the recordings. Only the teacher will be recorded, not the participants, and you are welcome to practice with your camera on or off.
These classes are taught from a trauma informed, eating disorder informed, and mental health informed perspective. All are welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
