What would it feel like to live in a body this summer without hating it? Join us for a 6-week virtual series to improve your relationship to your body, just as it is, right now — as an instrument to support your life, instead of an ornament to be judged — so you can have a more peaceful, authentic summer.
Each week includes an interactive session with a theme related to improving body image. Over our 6 weeks together, we will explore gentle yoga practices, breathing techniques and meditations, mantras and journaling opportunities, as well as reflect and share with each other.
This special class series is led by Yoga for Eating Disorders teacher Caroline Young, MS, RD, LD, RYT, and will meet on Zoom on Thursdays 11:30 to 12:30 EST in the US / 5:30 to 6:30 PM CEST in Europe on July 21, July 28, August 4, August 11, August 25, and September 1. (NOTE: no class on August 25)
All are welcome from around the world to participate in this series.
Join the live class or follow along with the recordings. Only the teacher will be recorded, not the participants, and you are welcome to practice with your camera on or off.
These classes are taught from a trauma informed, eating disorder informed, and mental health informed perspective. All are welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
Tuition: $70 US
Payment plans are available. Please contact us to set up payment.
