This 6-week course offers community and a safe space for guided meditation and journaling to explore how to embrace the ebb and flow of healing from an eating disorder. Begin your week with self-reflection and learn how to create intentions to be present with the ebb and flow of healing versus judge or fight against it.
This course is based on my upcoming book, due out Winter 2021 and will meet Mondays on Zoom from 11AM to 12:15 PM EST on January 11, January 18, January 25, February 1, February 8, February 15.

Six 75-minute groups
Weekly emails for continued support that include the journaling prompts and an audio recording of the meditation we did in group
