Recovery during quarantine is a new experience, and for many of us, this time at home is challenging, isolating, and anxiety producing. If you can relate, we invite you to join us for a special live virtual workshop where you can have a safe space to share how quarantine is affecting your recovery. Through a gentle yoga practice, meditation, and journaling, we will come together to share our stories. Our time together will provide connection with others as well as tools to take with you as you continue to navigate recovery from home.
This virtual workshop, co-led by Maria Sorbara Mora and Jennifer Kreatsoulas, is appropriate for all levels and kinds of recovery. No yoga experience is required. We will meet on Zoom.
Cost: $35
